Who We Are

Peter is the Founder of 3Things Consulting. For almost 20 years he has specialized in unlocking the winning potential of organizations and individuals, particularly in customer experience, sales and service, and leader-led culture change.

He is a former Partner of the consulting firm rogenSi where he worked with executives in Australia, Asia, Europe, and North America on sales and cultural transformation projects.  Prior to this he held a number of senior sales and marketing roles with Fairfax and Fairfax Digital, developing strategies and teams for Domain.com and other leading newspaper and internet products.

In addition to his consulting role, he is a Chair and Expert Resource for the 2020 Exchange where he facilitates monthly CEO forums. He is also a Mentor and Pitch Coach for Slingshot, a Startup Accelerator supplying large corporations with world class innovation programs. He works with a number of not for profit organisations, helping their boards and executive teams to shape strategy and culture, enabling them to reach more donors and raise awareness.

His most important role is as a husband and father of three – a job with the best opportunities for learning and personal growth!
